Eligibility

This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Illinois who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and reside within 35 miles of any of our 8 store locations. Employees of La Rosita Fresh Market, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter

The sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using our online form at www.larositafreshmarket.com or by mailing your entry to La Rosita Fresh Market 1190 E Dundee Rd, Palatine, IL 60074.Please include your name, address, and contact information in the mailed entry.The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Limit one entry per person. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of La Rosita Fresh Market. All entries become the property of La Rosita Fresh Market and will not be returned. The method of entry will not affect your chances of winning. Entrants may enter online or by mail, and each individual is limited to one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person may result in disqualification. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be assigned or transferred to another person. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Sweepstakes Period & Winner Selection and Notification

Promotion begins on November 1st, 2024 at 8:00 AM CST and ends on December 14, 2024 at 12:00 PM CST.. One winner will be selected by a random drawing on December 14, 2024 at 12:00 PM CST under the supervision of La Rosita Fresh Market. Winner(s) will be notified by email within forty-eight (48) hours following selection of Winner(s). If a winner does not claim the prize within 24 hours, an alternate winner may be selected. La Rosita Fresh Market shall have no liability for Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If winner is disqualified or unable to claim the prize within the specified time, La Rosita Fresh Market will conduct an alternate drawing from remaining eligible entries.

Prizes

The prize includes a 2024 Ford Bronco Sport (approx. retail value $32,000). No cash redemptions or substitutions are permitted, except at the sole discretion of La Rosita Fresh Market. In such cases, a prize of equal or greater value may be awarded. Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and charges related to the prize, including but not limited to federal, state, title, registration, dealer preparation, and insurance fees.

Prize Acceptance

Winner must execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability, and publicity release prior to receiving (“claiming”) the prize. Acceptance of the prize constitutes consent for La Rosita Fresh Market and its affiliates to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, image, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media (social media, tv, radio, website, etc), without further compensation. The prize will be awarded in Crystal Lake, Illinois, unless other arrangements are made. La Rosita Fresh Market will not cover any transportation or delivery costs outside of this location. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media or media platform.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this sweepstakes, You understand and agree that La Rosita Fresh Market, anyone acting on behalf of La Rosita Fresh Market, and La Rosita Fresh Market's licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Sweepstakes, You agree to release and hold harmless La Rosita Fresh Market, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.The Prize vehicle is provided in partnership with Arlington Ford, located in Arlington Heights, IL. La Rosita Fresh Market is not responsible for any disputes between the winner and the dealership regarding the prize. Disqualification Clause

Jurisdiction/Compliance

This sweepstakes is governed by and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any claims, judgements, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes.

Sponsor’s Rights to Modify or Cancel

La Rosita Fresh Market reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes due to technical failures, fraud, or any other factor beyond La Rosita Fresh Market’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by La Rosita Fresh Market in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is cancelled, La Rosita Fresh Market may, at its discretion, award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation.
